Nominations are now open for this year's LGBTQ+ Defence Awards ! Visibility of LGBTQ+ role models across Defence is vital to empowering more LGBTQ+ people to feel safe, comfortable and supported in the sector, and able to completely be themselves among their colleagues.  People who feel they can embrace their employer’s culture and values, and be accepted for who they are, are more likely to thrive in the workplace.
