David Fullerton elected IPSA Chair

IPSA has appointed David Fullerton as the permanent chair of the Association. David takes up his post immediately after briefly serving in an interim capacity since July 2025.


As founder and CEO of Professional Security, established in 2005, David has grown the business into a £70m+ Top 20UK security company through organic growth, strategic acquisitions, and an unwavering commitment to quality, compliance, and customer relationships. David is a strong advocate for men’s mental health. He is the founder of the ‘No Guard Alone’ campaign and a proud ambassador of Tough to Talk, a UK charity dedicated to reducing male suicide. He is committed to dismantling stigmas, encouraging vulnerability, and building a more emotionally safe and supported workforce.
