IPSA appoints new Directors to pivotal roles

International Professional Security Association (IPSA) has appointed Arsalan Khan as Director of Events & Crowd Safety and Paul Macarthur as Director of Partnerships & Sponsorship.

Arsalan is Group CEO of K4 Group of Security, with 20 years of security and policing experience, starting out as a safety steward and working his way up to senior management and strategic leadership.  A qualified safety officer, Arsalan is also an accredited security trainer for several recognised awarding bodies, delivering training programmes that support the professional development of individuals entering and progressing within the security sector.

Paul brings over 30 years experience in the industry, working across both large organisations and SME businesses, from security officer through to senior leadership positions, including Operations Director and business owner. With his current position of at IPSA Corporate Members SGC Security Services, Paul is suitably placed to work closely with national clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners in raising the profile of IPSA both within the UK and internationally.
