Helen Isaac QPM confirmed as first IWD speaker

We're excited to announce the first speaker for our leading International Women's Day event in March, Chief Superintendent Helen Isaac QPM 

Helen brings almost 30 years of service and experience, having joined the City of London Police in 1997, working in community policing, response and firearms; she has also worked with the National Protective Security Authority on the development and implementation of Disruptive Effects science to counter hostile reconnaissance.
