"This was a proud moment for IPSA and our mission to raise the voice of the private security sector. Being shortlisted in three categories was proof that when we lead with purpose, people take notice. I was personally humbled and filled with joy to be recognised; this recognition wasn’t just mine – it belonged to the community I represent, my family, and everyone who has stood beside me on this journey.

"A huge congratulations to my amazing colleagues and all the finalists; what they do for our LGBTQ+ community is more than inspiring, it’s life-changing and life-saving."
