Satia Rai, CEO of IPSA, shared her pride in this recognition:

I was personally humbled and filled with joy to be recognised; this recognition wasn’t just mine – it belonged to the community I represent, my family, and everyone who has stood beside me on this journey.

The awards ceremony took place in London on 23 September 2025, and it was a moment to celebrate the hard work, leadership, and dedication of all the finalists. Satia, Deborah, and Kaylea’s recognition reflects the positive impact they have made in promoting inclusivity, diversity, and representation within the sector.
