We Thrive Coaching

The coaching service is a unique, online-first business that supports survivors of domestic abuse to rebuild their working lives.

Working with Dr Genevieve Groom, an occupational psychologist and victim/survivor. We design & deliver interventions that draw on evidence about trauma & recovery to support victims/survivors to thrive in the workplace.

As well as offering one-to-one career coaching & employability skills, we offer:

Employer training in trauma-awareness
