Ritika was born and raised in India in a patriarchal family, not permitted to work because of her gender! She went on to achieve an MBA from a university in the UK and broke all barriers as a first generation immigrant to Canada and UK.
Ritika has travelled extensively and has over 30 years of experience working at Board level with senior stakeholders – across three continents, within the public and private sector. She brings this vast experience to the clients she works with, bringing her lived and learnt Cultural Intelligence to support teams and organisational development, for actionable positive impact.
