Tomorrow, the Security Industry unites at Pride in London 2025. What began in 2022 has grown into one of the most meaningful collaborations our sector has ever seen. We will stand shoulder to shoulder with the LGBT+ community and our allies, proving that visibility, unity, and inclusion are not just buzzwords, but lived values.
This is why I started this sector collaboration, because real change requires us to show up together. Not just within our sector, but beyond it. A huge, heartfelt thank you to all who have believed in this collaboration as it should be, a united vision for an inclusive private security sector where everyone can thrive and be their true selves in the workplace. To you all, I am eternally grateful. 🙏
We’re building bridges.
We’re breaking barriers.
We’re showing what true solidarity looks like across industries and communities.

These collaborations and people-facing events are more than symbolic, they are life-changing. They foster belonging, create space for all identities, and remind us of our collective power when we move as one. As CEO of IPSA and a member of the LGBT+ community, I am proud to be part of this moment. Together, we are not just making history, we are changing it.
A special thank you to our incredible London Pride committee for their passion and dedication. Because of you, we are about to be part of something truly extraordinary.
