This journey is personal to me.

I want my nieces to grow up in a world where gender equality is the norm, a world where they can be whoever they want to be, feel safe, and never have to question their worth or their place.

I want this for all women and girls.

There are over four billion women and girls in the world. Yet 129 million girls are still denied access to education, and millions more are denied their basic rights simply because of their gender.

That is why women must have seats around the table, as key decision-makers.

Because when women thrive, communities thrive.
