A collective community - the power of giving back

Yesterday, I witnessed the true power of what happens when communities come together as a collective. The energy, the unity, the purpose - unforgettable.
At the Sharifa Ibrahim Foundation (SIF) leadership event, the students were sensational - confident, ambitious and joyous, and Lord Rami Ranger FRSA's personal story about being raised by a single mother and his refugee journey moved the entire room. His words were powerful beyond anything a post can capture. Standing at the UK House of Lords, I felt truly blessed.

Our foundation’s mission - empowering vulnerable children, women and communities through education and essential life skills, is what I stand for. My commitment is clear: To support, grow and reach more of the next generation of leaders through the SIF programmes.
The speakers - Lord Rami Ranger FRSA, Riaz Gull and Arsalan Khan - each delivered powerful messages rooted in opportunity and humanity, and the standout reflection of the night came from the brilliant Ella Cullen: “Women were at the heart of every keynote and everywhere in the room.”
Finally, the male allyship was extraordinary; because when women thrive, society thrives.
