IPSA appoints its latest Frontline Ambassadors

IPSA has appointed two new Frontline Ambassadors, Charlotte Wigg and Bethany Delaney.

Charlotte is Head of Crowd Safety & Events with SGC Security Services; having worked in the industry for seven years, she has progressed from bars and nightclubs to running some extraordinary stadiums across the UK.

"I have a strong passion for working within the security industry, continuously learning each day to ensure my knowledge expands. Despite the challenges I've faced, my commitment to the role has never changed.

"I look to contribute further, and my main goal is to inspire and develop the people around me to help them progress and gain the knowledge that I have for the role.”

Bethany specialises in project events and logistics for HSS Hinson Security Services, where she mentors and supports the next generation to move forward from old-school mindsets and embrace the evolving standards of professionalism, training and adaptability that define our industry today.

"Every step of my journey has strengthened my commitment to growth, excellence, and raising the bar. Raised by military parents, high standards, discipline and resilience were instilled in me early on, shaping the foundation for the career I’ve built."

Charlotte and Bethany will take up their positions with immediate effect.
