We are delighted to share some incredible news from IPSA! This year, three of our team members were recognised as finalists at the 2025 LGBTQ+ Defence Awards, showcasing the dedication, leadership, and impact our community brings to the private security sector.

It is with sadness that IPSA can report that James Henderson F.IPSA, passed away last month. An exceptional member of our community, James was a Fellow of IPSA for many years, demonstrating accomplishment and service within the Association; his integrity, commitment and faith truly reflected the values we uphold. His contribution to the Association and the wider security profession will be remembered with great respect and gratitude. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time.
