The Security Industry Federation (SIF) are the trade union for security professionals in the UK. For too long security workers have had to make do with unions that do not have the industry in their blood, now they have a trade union that is run by experienced security professionals who have the interests of the industry at heart. Founded in the summer of 2022 the SIF have quickly shown the industry that they exist to support frontline workers and employers in all aspects of mediation, representation and dispute resolution.
