He knows what it's like to feel unseen and to try to conform, and now talks and writes about diversity and mental health, inviting people to stop performing and start belonging.
Whether in corporate spaces, conferences, or community events, his goal is always the same: to make honesty contagious, and to maximise the potential of people.
