Narinder P K Sidhu is a safeguarding consultant, trainer, speaker and former police officer with over 30 years of experience in safeguarding, community engagement and violence against women and girls. As a Sikh female police officer she pioneered change and broken barriers both internally within policing and externally across communities, helping to build trust, challenge inequality and give a voice to those who are often unheard.

Passionate about creating safer communities and driving positive change, Narinder uses her extensive experience to improve professional practice through training, education and meaningful engagement.
