LGBT FM
Who we are and what we do The LGBT+ in FM network is formed of a group of individuals from various organisations within the Facilities Management sector. Working on a voluntary basis, those involved may already have LGBT+ networks, are in the process of forming them, or are too small to have their own. LGBT+ in FM is also open to any individual or organisation with an interest in the facilities management industry and promoting a more inclusive diverse work force for the LGBT+ community. The LGBT+ in FM group advocate fairness, inclusion and respect.
