Founded in 1988, Kestrel Guards provides a high quality and reliable Security Service – security guarding, mobile patrols, keyholding & alarm response and electronic security to commerce, industry, local government and the leisure market across the entire South and South West of England from its strategically placed offices in Southampton, Bournemouth, Devon, Cornwall, Winchester and Portsmouth. The company was founded by Brian Samways an ex Royal Military Police Officer who after joining IPSA in the late 70s went on to become Chairman of the London branch and eventually International Chairman of IPSA.
