Constructing Rainbows Sharon, an award-winning specialist in equity, diversity, and inclusion with a commercial background in the built environment, has dedicated her career to promoting inclusion across the industry. In 2017, she founded Constructing Rainbows to focus full-time on advancing EDI and continues to volunteer with several EDI networks. Emma, with over 20 years of experience in facilities management, including a decade in senior leadership, adds strategic and operational expertise to the team. Together, they bring a powerful combination of skills to embed equity, diversity, and inclusion within organisations at the highest level.
