DISTANCE LEARNING /CORRESPONDENCE COURSES

The Association for many years delivered Distance Learning courses at management level. These are now provided by Perpetuity Training, the franchise holder for delivery of courses on behalf of the International Institute of Security (IISec). These courses continue to be in demand.

Experience has shown that many employers see merit in giving financial support to those security officers and managers, who are prepared to undertake the detailed and extended period of study which a correspondence course provides, without loss of duty time.

The International Institute of Security is a professional institute which recognises and grants professional management qualifications in the grades of 'FELLOW', 'MEMBER' 'DIPLOMATE ' and 'ASSOCIATE'. The examinations are held at centres in UK and at overseas.
