Train the Trainer

Duration: Five days residential or in-house

Introduction.
This five day residential course has been designed for those individuals who have the responsibility for the delivery of training to other individuals.

The course is very intensive with delegates required to research and prepare approximately 20 hours pre-course work.

Course Structure.
The course is structured into four distinctive stages:

Stage 1. Pre-course research and preparation
Research and prepare three presentations and a discussion group paper.

Stage 2. Monday to Wednesday
Presenting pre-course preparation, delivering & assessment of training.
Directed training modules.

Stage 3. Thursday to Friday
Delivering & assessment of training.
Competence sector examination.

Stage 4. Post-course exercise and assessment
Research, develop and present for assessment an in-house training programme.

Certification.
Successful candidates who achieve competence in all four stages receive the IPSA Internationally recognised Train the Trainer certificate.

Continuous Development.
Successful candidates are able to present their achievements for accreditation against units and elements of the Training and Development NVQ at Level 3.
