Security Supervisory Management Course

This comprehensive course has been designed to enhance the operational ability of security officers who have, or are about to undertake, supervisory responsibilities and provides the necessary underpinning knowledge of supervisory management for senior security officers, supervisors and managers.

Preparation

Students are expected to have a basic knowledge of security, usually obtained by having previously worked as a Security Officer. They will also be expected to spend some time preparing material for the course (recommended about half a day). Pre-course preparation and joining instructions will be sent out not less than one week before the course.

Problem solving and decision making Performance reviews Communications Customer Service Employment Law

Certification

Successful students receive an BTEC Level 3 Award .
