Conflict Management for Trainers

This programme complies with the SIA requirement for those providing conflict management training to security officers, door supervisors and vehicle immobilisers.

The SAFE programme comprises a pre-course project and three days on course.

Course Content

The programme covers the theory of conflict management and teaches trainees how to develop their own scenario based training.

Certification

Participants receive a BTEC certificate on successful completion of the course.
