The importance of effective risk assessment and security surveying within the security industry is paramount. This comprehensive two-day course has been designed to enhance the operational ability of those individuals who have the responsibility for conducting Initial Site Inspections (Security Surveys) as required in BS 7499 in preparation for recommending or supplying on-site security solutions. This course will provide those responsible for such matters with the tools and underpinning knowledge.
Who should attend?
The course is designed for persons who will be conducting Initial Site Inspections prior to commencement of providing guarding services. It is also useful for persons compiling Assignment Instructions for particular sites or who require to understand the requirements for compliance with British Standards and/or Health and Safety legislation.
Course Contents:
The contents of the course cover the requirements of the British Standards: BS 7499, BS 7960 and BS 7984. The course also assists companies in establishing compliance with the Health And Safety at Work Act.
