Handcuffing Basic - Advanced Industry Training designed course

This course uses the National Federation for Personal Safety (NFPS Ltd) Handcuffing Programme.

Useful for anyone in Security Sectors.

The course includes the following content:

• Understanding the primary reasons for handcuffing someone.
• Understanding the Health & Safety implications of handcuffing someone.
• Understanding the law.
• Understanding the medical implications of handcuffing, including positional asphyxia.
• Demonstrating how to apply handcuffs to a passive person.
• Demonstrating how to apply handcuffs to an aggressive person.
• Demonstrating how to remove handcuffs correctly.
• Demonstrating how to work effectively in teams.

Requirements:

We require a minimum of 8 people, maximum of 12 to run this course, but we can accommodate up to 20 people with the use of additional instructors. For more details please call or email.
