Terms and Conditions of Website Listings

The content of all listings (members pages) submitted must be legal, decent, honest and truthful, comply with all applicable laws and codes of practice and comply with any guidelines published by the International Professional Security Association (IPSA) from time to time. IPSA reserves the right to reasonably amend, edit or suspend the publication of listings.

By submitting a listing, you warrant and confirm that you have all consents, licences and approvals required to publish such listing (including but not limited to any photographs including in your listing) and that such publication shall not breach any third party intellectual property or other rights. You are responsible for all complaints, legal actions or threatened legal actions relating to your listing. By submitting a listing, you agree to keep IPSA indemnified from all costs, claims, damages and other losses howsoever arising from the publication of your listing on our website.

IPSA accepts no liability for any listing; for any time the website is not operational; for listings becoming out-of-date, containing typographical errors, or otherwise being factually inaccurate; or for any matters arising from circumstances beyond IPSA reasonable control. IPSA shall not be liable in contract, in tort or otherwise for any loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings nor for any indirect, consequential or economic loss whatsoever arising in connection with listings. All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statue or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law excluded, save that nothing shall exclude or limit liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. IPSA total liability in contract, tort or otherwise arising in connection with any listing submitted by you shall be limited to the fee paid by you in respect of the listing in question (if any) in respect of the listing in question.
